Join Our Board - FALL 2023 - We are actively seeking new board members.

At Bethlehem Senior Projects, Inc., we're looking for dedicated board members committed to aiding older adults in aging in place. Through fundraising and collaboration with the Town of Bethlehem's Senior Services, we purchase vehicles to enhance independence and help fund programs to keep adults engaged. Our efforts also extend to financially supporting Bethlehem's Food Pantry. Be part of this transformative mission to enrich lives and fortify community connections. Please complete an application for consideration to join our friendly and active board and make a tangible difference today.

Make a donation

Whether you or someone you know has benefitted from transportation services, the food pantry, the emergency heating fund or social events, your money is helping older adults stay safe and engaged as they age, in addition to helping residents who suffer from food insecurity.

We accept secure online donations and checks. If you are writing a check and wish to make a donation in memory of a special family member or friend, please write β€œIn memory of (name)” in the memo line.

To donate money to a specific need, please indicate either Food Pantry, Transportation, or Emergency Heating Fund in the memo lime. Otherwise, your donation will be deposited into our general fund and our Board will allocate the money towards the greatest need.

Make your check payable to Bethlehem Senior Projects, Inc.

Donate food and supplies

The food pantry is always accepting donations of non-perishable food, as well as personal hygiene items. We also gladly accept monetary donations (see Make a Donation, above) because that is the most effective way for us to purchase food at a discounted rate through other organizations that supply food to help feed the hungry.

Please call the Town of Bethlehem Senior Services Department to coordinate donation of physical goods at 518-439-4955 ext. 1169. To make a monetary donation, please click any of our DONATE NOW buttons.

Attend a fundraiser

We organize bus trips to cultural and regional attractions.

When events are scheduled, we share the details on our Facebook page and through the Senior Services newsletter.

Become a volunteer

Are you recently retired or find yourself with free time on your hands? If so, Bethlehem Senior Services would like to speak with you about volunteering to help drive our older adults to medical appointments, grocery stores, and more. This incredible service helps older adults age in place longer without having to always rely on family and friends when it is no longer safe for them to drive their car.
