Leslie Horn Trosset, President

Leslie Horn Trosset is the founder of Leslie Horn Marketing, LLC. Her firm specializes in empowering businesses through innovative branding, messaging, web design, and social media strategies.

Her deep respect for older adults was kindled by observing her mother, Anna Horn, a dedicated Registered Nurse and Nursing Director at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, decades ago.

As a member of the sandwich generation, Leslie has navigated the intricate balance of parenting, caring for her aging parents, and managing her business. She is deeply grateful to senior transportation volunteers and Hospice services for their invaluable support, which enabled her parents to spend their final days at home.

In 2013, Leslie began lending her marketing expertise to the Senior Projects board. She was later elected as President in 2022. Previously, she served as president (1999/2000) of the Bethlehem Business Women’s Club. Having moved to Delmar in 1967 and a Bethlehem Central High School alumna, Leslie, now a proud mother of four Bethlehem graduates, cherishes her deep connection to and love for the community that has shaped her family's life.

The Senior Services Program became an important resource of referral for seniors in the practice. He now continues his activities with the program as a volunteer driver and as vice president of the Bethlehem Senior Projects board.

Now that he is retired, he hopes to expand his involvement in the many programs of Senior Projects.

Eileen Coffey

I have lived very happily in Bethlehem for nearly 25 years with my family.  We chose Bethlehem for its walkable neighborhoods and good schools.  By training and experience, I was a school counselor for over 30 years.  I worked in a small rural district and later at a comprehensive Career and Technical Education School as part of Capital Region BOCES.  My personal areas of interest are health and wellness, public policy, and golf.  I love to read and have been an active book club member for 29 years.  Retirement has given me the opportunity to expand the time I spend on these activities, do some traveling, and do some good as a volunteer.

Radworth Anderson

Rad retired from New York State after 35 years at senior and management staff levels with experience in planning, research, disaster risk reduction, grants writing and management, etc. He has lived in Bethlehem since 1982.

Now in his second three-year term as member of the Board of BSP, Inc., Rad continues to help the organization fulfill its mission.

Recently, he was instrumental in helping BSP obtain a federal grant to purchase a new 13-passenger senior van.  A member of the Board’s fundraising committee and an enthusiast of cultural tourism and recreation, Rad plays a key role in planning our annual day trips to nearby historical and cultural sites. These trips are open to people of all age groups and serve as a regular social and fundraising activity.

Finally, Rad also volunteers as a driver and helper, taking seniors to various health appointments, shopping trips, and social events.

She recently joined Albany Realty Group after 11 years at Hunt Real Estate. Her passion lies in addressing housing needs, particularly among seniors in Bethlehem. Her husband’s Parkinson’s diagnosis and her caregiving role have underscored the importance of senior services and the urgency of appropriate housing for Bethlehem’s seniors.
